保護者アカウントの削除
開発者：innocation。お子さまはアカウントを作らずに練習できます。保護者が作成したアカウントは、アプリ内またはこのページから削除を依頼できます。
アプリ内で削除する
- アプリの「きせかえ／設定」から「保護者のログイン・広告なし」を開きます。
- 保護者確認を済ませ、アカウントにログインします。
- 「保護者アカウントを削除」を選び、確認します。
本人確認のため、しばらくログインしていない場合は、再ログインしてからお試しください。
アプリが使えない場合
登録に使ったメールアドレスから、次の宛先に「アカウント削除希望」と送信してください。Google ログインの場合も、その Google アカウントのメールアドレスからお送りください。本人確認後、削除を進めます。
削除をメールで依頼する ↗削除されるデータ・残るデータ
保護者の Firebase Authentication アカウントと、登録されたメールアドレスなどのログイン情報を削除します。算数の練習記録は端末内にのみ保存され、アカウントとは紐付けていません。アプリの設定から端末内の記録を消去できます。Google Play の購入記録は Google が別に管理し、アカウント削除によって Google アカウントや購入履歴は削除されません。広告関連の情報は Google の規定に従って扱われます。

刪除家長帳號
開發者：innocation。孩子不需建立帳號即可練習。家長建立的帳號可在應用程式內刪除，也可透過本頁提出刪除要求。
在應用程式內刪除
- 從應用程式的「設定」開啟「家長登入與去廣告」。
- 完成家長驗證並登入帳號。
- 選擇「刪除家長帳號」並確認。
若登入時間已久，請重新登入後再試，以驗證身分。
無法使用應用程式時
請使用註冊帳號的電子郵件地址，寄送「刪除帳號」要求至下列信箱。若使用 Google 登入，請從該 Google 帳號的電子郵件地址寄送。我們會在驗證身分後處理刪除。
以電子郵件要求刪除 ↗刪除及保留的資料
我們會刪除家長的 Firebase Authentication 帳號，以及電子郵件地址等登入資訊。數學練習紀錄只儲存在裝置上，並未連結家長帳號；可在應用程式設定中清除。Google Play 購買紀錄由 Google 另行管理；刪除家長帳號不會刪除 Google 帳號或購買紀錄。廣告相關資訊依 Google 的規定處理。

Delete a parent account
Developer: innocation. Children can practice without an account. A parent who created an account can delete it in the app or request deletion from this page.
Delete in the app
- Open “Parent login & ad-free” from the app’s Settings.
- Complete the parent check and sign in.
- Choose “Delete parent account” and confirm.
If you signed in a while ago, sign in again before retrying so we can verify your identity.
If you cannot use the app
Email the address below from the email address used for your account and request “account deletion”. If you used Google sign-in, send the request from that Google account’s email address. We will verify ownership and then process the deletion.

We delete the parent’s Firebase Authentication account and associated sign-in information such as the email address. Math progress is stored only on the device and is not linked to the parent account; it can be cleared in the app’s Settings. Google manages Play purchase records separately, so deleting this account does not delete your Google account or Play purchase history. Google handles advertising data under its own policies.

Eliminar una cuenta de padres
Desarrollador: innocation. Los niños pueden practicar sin cuenta. Los padres que hayan creado una cuenta pueden eliminarla en la aplicación o solicitarlo desde esta página.
Eliminar en la aplicación
- Abre «Acceso de padres y sin anuncios» desde Ajustes.
- Completa la comprobación para padres e inicia sesión.
- Elige «Eliminar cuenta de padres» y confirma.
Si hace tiempo que no inicias sesión, vuelve a hacerlo antes de reintentarlo para verificar tu identidad.
Si no puedes usar la aplicación
Envía una solicitud de «eliminación de cuenta» a la dirección siguiente desde el correo que usaste para crearla. Si accediste con Google, escribe desde el correo de esa cuenta de Google. Verificaremos la titularidad y procesaremos la eliminación.
Solicitar eliminación por correo ↗Datos eliminados y conservados
Eliminamos la cuenta de Firebase Authentication de los padres y los datos de acceso asociados, como el correo electrónico. El progreso matemático solo se guarda en el dispositivo y no está vinculado a la cuenta; puede borrarse en Ajustes. Google gestiona por separado las compras de Play: eliminar esta cuenta no elimina tu cuenta de Google ni el historial de compras. Google trata los datos publicitarios según sus propias políticas.
